You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Zambia Sport Fishing Association.

Light snacks will be provided, and a cash bar will be available throughout the event.

MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING RIGHTS

Please note that only paid-up members will be eligible to vote at the AGM.

Payment of Membership Dues:

• Advance payment is strongly encouraged. Please settle your membership fees before the meeting to avoid delays on the day.

• Payment at the meeting: If you wish to pay on the day, please bring cash only. No other forms of payment will be accepted at the venue.

• Online payment deadline: Members are requested to make online payments no later than 15th February 2026 to ensure your membership status is updated in time for the AGM.

Important Payment Instructions:

When making your payment, please ensure you include:

• Your full name, AND

• Either your membership number OR invoice number as the payment reference

After payment, please email your Proof of Payment (PoP) to: zambiasportfish@gmail.com

If you have made an online payment and your membership status has not been updated by the time of the meeting, please bring your Proof of Payment with you in case we have not been able to allocate the payment to your account.
